Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the contiguous United States. Express shipping (2–3 business days) and Overnight shipping (1 business day) are also available at checkout. Processing time is 1–2 business days before shipment.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $75 or more (after any discounts, before tax). For orders under $75, standard shipping costs $6.99. Express and Overnight shipping options are available at an additional cost.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order reference and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
For hygiene and quality reasons, opened headsets, earphones, and microphone equipment may only be returned if defective or if we sent the wrong item. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the USPS, UPS, or FedEx website depending on the carrier assigned to your shipment. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Our USB headsets and webcams are compatible with all major Remote Simultaneous Interpretation platforms, including KUDO, Interprefy, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and INTERACTIO. For wireless interpretation systems, compatibility depends on the specific platform requirements — feel free to contact us for guidance.
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order reference and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by emailing [email protected] with your PayPal Transaction ID. After that window, we may have already begun processing your shipment. Once shipped, we cannot modify orders, but our standard 30-day return policy applies.
Most electronic products (headsets, receivers, webcams, microphones, recorders) come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Books, printed materials, and accessories are not covered by a manufacturer warranty. Contact us for warranty claims.
