Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation. Returns requested after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted, except in cases of manufacturer defect covered under warranty.
Eligible Items for Return
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, unused, and unaltered condition
- In original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and tags
- Not damaged by misuse, modification, or normal wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened in-ear earphones or earbuds (hygiene policy)
- Downloadable digital content or USB course materials after access or use
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modifications
- Gift cards or store credit
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Return Request"
- Include your full name, PayPal Transaction ID or order reference, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to the address provided in our return authorization email
Do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong item received: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Change of mind or incorrect order: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. Fraticelli Interpreting LLC is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the refund status. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
- PayPal may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original (following the process above) and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include:
- Your order reference or PayPal Transaction ID
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you. We take quality seriously and want to make every defective-product situation right.
