Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. federal holidays. If there is an unusual delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email within 24 hours.
Domestic Shipping Options
We offer three shipping methods for delivery within the United States:

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $75 or more (after applicable discounts, before tax). This threshold is based on the order subtotal and applies to contiguous U.S. orders only. Alaska and Hawaii are included in free shipping eligibility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipment is scanned by the carrier.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at [email protected].
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via standard USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times may be longer than the continental U.S. estimates (typically 5–10 business days). Overnight shipping is not available for these destinations. We currently do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes for oversized items.
International Shipping
At this time, LexrivtaxServices Store ships only within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to Canada and other international destinations. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high shipping volumes (especially during holidays), adverse weather conditions, or carrier service disruptions. Fraticelli Interpreting LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us within 2 hours at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee address corrections after the order has been submitted for fulfillment.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
